Proposal Elevation of Rectory Grove designed to be used in marketing material and public information about the project

During my undergraduate course, I spent time working for a small architectural practice based in Maidstone, Kent. I was involved in different projects across the RIBA stages of work and learned a great deal about working in a professional practice. I worked alongside colleagues to prepare planning drawings and documentation, visited sites, met with planning officers, and created marketing materials for the projects being carried out by the practice.

Working in this practice has given me an understanding of working in practice outside the university environment. In particular, I became more familiar with the planning application process and their requirements. Many of the tasks I carried out, including building digital 3D models, general arrangement drawings and drafting elevations, further improved skills from university, but in reference to the expectations of the practice and their clients.
